Cancellation Policy
Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If a consultation is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, however sessions cannot always be extended beyond the scheduled time.
If Aurora Interiors needs to reschedule your consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment time will be offered.
